  • Opened or used items (unless defective)

  • Items purchased on clearance or special discounts

  • Provide your order number and reason for return

  • Share images/videos if the item is damaged or defective

4. Refund Policy
Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refund will be issued via bank transfer, mobile wallet, or original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the shipping cost

  • For other returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges
